Choose one challenge area and create innovative Physical AI solutions
that make a real-world impact

Object Pick and Place
  • Detect an object at a known location using onboard sensors and securely grasp it with the end effector.
  • Move the object to the specified target location, place it precisely, and release the grasp.

Charger Plugging
  • Detect the cable and connector within the workspace, then firmly grasp the connector.
  • Align the connector with the socket and insert the cable until fully engaged.

Liquid Pouring
  • Grasp the bottle containing liquid and move it above the receiving cup.
  • Tilt the bottle to pour the liquid and stop once the desired volume is transferred.

Dynamic Humanoid Walking
  • Perform dynamic walking in simulation using the provided URDF while maintaining stability.
  • Capture human movements via webcam and translate them to the robot while handling joint limits to avoid collisions.

Eligibility
Open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students
Team Formation
Teams must consist of 3 to 5 members. Cross-college teams are permitted within the same regional venue.
Registration
All team members must register individually and as a team through the official website (https://xpskills.in/). Incomplete registrations will not be considered.
